Last Plak Crew from the Netherlands, painting in Doel, Belgium circa 2010. Doel was a small village near the Port of Antwerp that was cleared for a proposed port expansion. Most of the residents left and the village was going to be knocked down. Then the credit crunch hit and the port expansion was delayed indefinitely.
