Last Plak Crew from the Netherlands, painting in Doel, Belgium circa 2010. Doel was a small village near the Port of Antwerp that was cleared for a proposed port expansion. Most of the residents left and the village was going to be knocked down. Then the credit crunch hit and the port expansion was delayed indefinitely. The village was left standing but with no residents! Artists painted everything! For more on Last Plak check out www.lastplak.nl.

I headed to a part of town that looked borderline industrial and, round the back of a building, near some train tracks - BOOM!!! Mummies need deodorant too.

“Lets Colour Up The Ghetto” by Wan-1 in Cologne, Germany. When I went to this Hall of Fame half of the pieces were covered by fencing. Luckily, this piece was unaffected. Please re-blog this if you’d like to see more colour in the streets!

Colour makes me happy!
